Founder
Education: Master's in Mechanical Engineering (Design), Currently pursuing PhD in Smart Solar Panel Storage and Recycling Technologies
Experience: Over 18 years in design engineering and technology development
Hemant brings deep expertise in engineering systems, product design, and process innovation. His research and industry background provide a strong foundation for developing structured, safe, and scalable solutions for solar panel storage, recycling, and end-of-life management.
Under his leadership, SolarRec is being developed as a technology-enabled platform that integrates engineering innovation with environmental responsibility.

Co-Founder
